BS2 Alicespeak Converter

Alicespeak has multiple versions, all of which are essentially slight modifications of specific mojibake:
- EN version is KOI8-R → CP930.
- JP version is Shift JIS → UTF-8.
EN mode of this converter produces Alicespeak that is faithful to its ingame appearance.
- Characters that are not supported by the BS2 font, such as ⌡ (intended r), appear as interpuncts · in game.
- Websafe mode is intended for Aliceposting on websites that do not allow certain characters. [Details]
  - 0123456789 are not encoded (just copied over)
  - ^ is removed (cannot be copied: ^ is valid Alicespeak)
  - @ is removed (compatibility with ingame-only charset)
  - AEKLN → aekln
  - qsuwxyz → QSUWXYZ
  - ~ and ～ → ～
  - v and V → V
JP mode reencodes text without any pre- or post-processing, which will not be entirely accurate.
- Due to specifics of the encoding combination JP Alicespeak uses, parts of text can be lost on conversion.
- Therefore, converting to JP Alicespeak and then back will not always produce the original input.
